Urban Lisbon Living Lab, UL3, developed under the TWIST project is the Portuguese Living Lab oriented to the creation, exploration and evaluation of innovations in the field of water reuse and resources recovery: water, energy and nutrients, from urban wastewater .

The Living Lab will work in several locations in Lisbon, namely in the facilities of Águas do Tejo Atlântico, Instituto Superior de Agronomia and Instituto Superior Técnico.

UL3 has the following service portfolio:

• Research – promoting master’s and doctoral theses with real case studies, challenges to the community
• Promotion / participation in funded RDI projects
• Experimentation & Development – experimenting with products, services, pilots in real environments
• Open days – event organization
